A man has been charged with manslaughter in connection with a horrific attack on a dad who died after being punched in the face in a car park.
Gary Swanick, 49, was allegedly punched once to his face and knocked to the ground following an argument between himself and a group of men in July 2017.
Mr Swanick suffered several bleeds on the brain and died from injuries connected to the attack in November 2019, Liverpool Echo reports.
Detectives investigating the attack have charged Paul Robinson, 51, with manslaughter. Robinson is set to appear at Liverpool Crown Court later this month.
