A mum decided not to have an abortion despite being diagnosed with aggressive cervical cancer during her pregnancy. Sarah Milner refused to terminate her pregnancy after receiving the heartbreaking diagnosis at 21 weeks.
Medics had advised the mother-of-three, from Stoke-on-Trent, Staffs, to abort her pregnancy. On April 1 the 30-year-old gave birth to Louis, who is a healthy bundle of joy.
Sarah is now receiving life-prolonging chemotherapy and has been given less than two years to live after delaying treatment by remaining pregant.
