It was a historic day for Manchester City on Sunday as the club became the first to win the Premier League title four times in a row - and the celebrations rightly matched the level of that achievement.

Phil Foden's double helped fire City to the title with victory over West Ham. The England international struck twice within the opening 18 minutes, the first a superb curling effort, at the Etihad Stadium to lay the foundations for a 3-1 win.

Mohammed Kudus' spectacular strike pulled one back for the Hammers and briefly renewed hope for second-placed Arsenal, but midfielder Rodri made it 3-1 to ease any lingering nerves and effectively wrap up the title. The celebrations didn't stop on the pitch though, with Ruben Dias and Rodri seen leading their teammates in a rendition of "Olé, Olé, Olé" in the City dressing room, while bottles of champagne were popped.
