The mum killed alongside most of her family in a A40 lorry crash was driving the packed people carrier car in darkness, police have confirmed.
Zoe Powell, 29, was killed alongside her three children Phoebe, eight, Amelia, four, and Simeon, six, shortly before 10pm on Monday.
The family, including husband and dad Josh, 30, and their infant daughter, were travelling on the A40 on Monday night when their Subaru people carrier collided with a heavy goods vehicle near Oxford.
Today Josh was said to be seriously ill but stable in hospital along with the youngest child, Penny, who was also badly injured but survived.
