Controversial pundit Michael Stewart insists relegated clubs should blame Rangers for league reconstruction talks failing. The outspoken former Hearts and Hibs midfielder believes the Ibrox side's behaviour over the last month has caused clubs to be unwilling to come together on an agreement.
He reckons they hijacked the issue for themselves in their row with the SPFL and have been no help to the likes of the Jambos and Partick Thistle.
