Hulme, Miles Platting and Levenshulme are included in the list.Safety measures will be put in place at each library, including a restriction on the number of people allowed in at the same time, hand sanitising stations and social distancing and queuing systems.At busy times, visitors are advised that they may need to queue in order to ensure the measures can be safely adhered to.The full list of libraries reopening on Monday (September 14) are:From 10am until 11am every weekday morning, each library will be reserved specifically for the over-60s.Since the start of the phased reopening in July, more than 30,000 visits have been made to libraries across Manchester.According to Manchester Council, more than 20 pc of library visitors since July.
