The Portuguese defender has penned a long-term contract with Manchester City in a deal worth £65.2million. It ends Pep Guardiola's summer-long search for a right-sided centre-back to partner Aymeric Laporte or Nathan Ake, with the latter arriving from Bournemouth early in the window.
Koulibaly had been City's first-choice option, MEN Sport understands, but negotiations over the defender's transfer stalled with Napoli.
