High Court heard on July 14. The man was reportedly beaten and kicked about the head with a chair leg after he made remarks regarding tragic schoolboy Noah Donohoe, whose death is being probed by police.
He arrived at a police station in County Tyrone last week covered head to toe in blood and with one of his bones on display, a judge was told by prosecutors evaluating the case.
