The former Borussia Dortmund star, who made the switch to the Etihad Stadium back in June 2016, enjoyed an outstanding campaign in front of goal last term, netting 17 goals in 46 appearances in all competitions.
Of those 17 goals, 13 of them came in the Premier League — meaning he scored more than any other City player in the league last season, highlighting just how big a role he played in the successful title bid.
