Dionkou, 19, was at City since 2017 since joining from Mallorca, and was a regular for the under-23s in the Premier League 2, as well as for the under-21s in the EFL Trophy.
The dynamic right-back was also a familiar face in first team training, as youngsters were called upon to join Pep Guardiola's squad at times to provide back-up in the full-back areas.
Now, the defender has confirmed he has left City after 'fulfilling his dream' in order to 'continue growing as a professional'.
