Wigan schoolboy by driving dangerously. Jack Worwood was struck down while on his way to play football with his friends on July 7.
The 13-year-old was walking along the pavement on Old Road in Ashton-in-Makerfield when he was hit by a Jaguar car at around 4.30pm.
