Parts of the M602 and Regent Road have been shut following the smash at around 10.30pm on Tuesday. Police are urging drivers to avoid the area.
Traffic camera images show several police cars and fire engines at the roundabout near Salford Royal. The M602 is closed eastbound between junctions two and three.
