Dressed in a champagne-coloured floor length dress, the 25-year old paramedic, who starred in last year's series, teamed her outfit with a pair of sparkly heels.
With her hair tied up in a high pony tail, Paige oozed Hollywood glamour. She captioned the enviable picture with: "One of my fav looks.
Thank you @lotteeshop." But this is not the first time Paige has garnered attention since leaving the villa on Love Island. Back in November, the stunning welsh reality TV star broke her silence over her split with love interest Adam Collard.
