one of the hardest parts was people not bringing them up for fear of upsetting her in the months after their deaths. She said: 'That's even harder because you've lost that person and they fading away because people aren't talking about them. ' Lottie said she battled anxiety after her mother's death and encouraged others to speak openly about their grief.
She said: 'You need to keep talking about it or you get so lost in your feelings and that can send you into quite a dark place. 'I definitely developed some anxiety after losing mum.
I always try to be as strong as I can all the time but that's sometimes to a fault because I am always trying to put on a brave face.
