Taylor Lautner opened up about battling body dysmorphia Wednesday while on his podcast The Squeeze, which he hosts with his wife Taylor Dome.The 30-year-old actor, who exchanged vows with Dome, 25, this past November, said that in the past, he dealt with issues in which he was too mentally invested in what he looked like.'You need to get to a place where you realize that how your body and your body looks doesn't say anything about you as a person, because there's a flip side too,' the Grand Rapids, Michigan native said.Lautner, who played Jacob Black in the Twilight films, said that mental health should always take precedence over one's appearance.'Because your body can be unbelievable, you can be ripped, shredded, whatever, you can lose weight, you can put on muscle, and if you're not healthy mentally, then that's all for nothing, because that can work against you,' he said.
