And last month saw his newly founded anti-woke Reclaim Party approved by the Electoral Commission. Laurence claims he wants to "offer a voice to those who are being dominated into silence" as he announces his challenge to Labour Mayor Sadiq Khan.
Speaking to The Daily Telegraph, Laurence laid out proposals to lift lockdown "straight away", rather than the June date set in the government's roadmap. "I am standing for London mayor.
