Caledonian Braves boss Ricky Waddell has slammed any Lowland League lock-out which would see Kelty Hearts miss out on a shot at the SPFL.
With league reconstruction thrown out last week the champions of the Braves division have had their chances of reaching League Two thrown out with Brechin no longer having to play a relegation play-off clash.Waddell believes the whole process has proved the voting system allows Scottish clubs to benefit themselves.
