As noted by Twitter account @CoutureRoyals, the duchess opted to re-wear a Reiss dress that she initially wore in 2012 for a visit to The Treehouse Children's Hospice in Ipswich, England.
Arguably, Kate's 2012 visit was an early indicator of the causes she hoped to support throughout her career. The stunning blue Reiss dress is accentuated with a black belt, and Duchess Kate chose a gold necklace to complete her outfit.
