'Just say no' - psychologists offer advice on how to avoid breaking lockdown rules

From today, groups of up to six people from different households, or larger groups from just two households, are allowed to socialise outdoors, including in private gardens.

The government says that the risk of transmitting coronavirus is "significantly lower in fresh air than indoors" and is urging people to stick to the rules.

Psychologist Laverne Antrobus says that setting boundaries with people you may want to see can prevent being put in any awkward situations.
