Leo Gradwell, from Platt Bridge, Wigan, is believed to have been behind the wheel of a Fiat 500 which crashed into another car.

At a pre inquest review in Bolton Coroners Court on Monday (September 6), coroner Timothy Brennand ruled that the inquest should be heard by a jury when it takes place next June.
