Amanda Holden
Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

Japan’s Nippon TV Launches Animation Division

Patrick Frater Asia Bureau ChiefJapanese broadcaster and content investor Nippon TV has created a dedicated animation division for the first time.

Launched as part of the company’s international business division, the anime department will be headed by Kuwahara Kako, as executive VP of business development.The division will launch with 12-part fantasy series “Tsukumichi – Moonlit Fantasy” adapted from an award-winning novel and manga with the same title, and written by Kei Azumi.

The show, about a high school student summoned to another world but challenged by the forces he finds there, is produced by C2C Studios (“Wandering Witch: The Journey of Elaina”) with Nippon TV serving as distributor with all international rights.
