David Beckham’s son Romeo made his professional football debut for Fort Lauderdale CF in a draw against South Georgia Tormenta FC on Sunday.Romeo, 19, took up the right-wing position like his dad did for the majority of his legendary career, playing 79 minutes for Inter Miami’s reserve team Fort Lauderdale.The teenager had 19 touches and showed quality in attack but was unable to lead his side to victory as they drew 2-2 at home.He delivered several crosses from the right-hand side as David used to execute with perfection time and again for Manchester United, Real Madrid and England, but with less accuracy than his father.Romeo’s best sequence of play came in the 57th minute where he drifted into a central area and played a one-two with.
