Flood of support for medical student forced to resit year after missing exam while isolating

The situation came about after Wenbin Gup, 22, was unable to take his Objective Structured Clinical Examination after being contacted by the NHS Test and Trace service.
Despite immediately informing the university and discussing the situation with them, the third year medical student has not been given another opportunity to resit the exam.
