Sohail Ahmed shouted 'f*** off' repeatedly and '30 f****** months for what?' as he was sent down. The 26-year-old, who was appearing at Minshull Street Crown Court via video link from Forest Bank prison, was also heard to shout the word 's***'.

Ahmed is now facing a contempt of court charge for what Judge Tina Landale described as the 'misogynistic abuse levelled at this court'.
