Brittney Coble, from the USA, has divided social media after revealing the rules that her children have to follow.The mum of five took to video sharing platform TikTok to disclose her controversial rules to her 43,800 followers.

Speaking in the video, she said: “So I've seen a trend on TikTok where mums are talking about things they do with their kids that most other parents wouldn't agree with,'' she started off the video. “And considering most TikTok mums hate me already, I thought why not? “Number one, as you can already guess, is I whop my kids.” Brittney, whose children are ages two, four, six, eight and ten, explained that the controversial parenting rule was only implemented as a last resort and if her children had ignored previous verbal warnings that they had been issued.

Elsewhere in the video, the TikToker shared some other controversial parenting rules including giving her children chores to do around the house. “The two and four-year-old get a little distracted but I give them little chores [...] and I kind of just redirect them if they get a little sidetracked. “But my older kids - they have big kid chores. “They scrub the toilet, take the trash out, do the dishes - they contribute. “And lastly, I am raising my boys as boys and my girl as a girl - no questions asked.” Since posting the clip, the video has amassed 16,700 views and has welcomed a mixed response from viewers.
