'I don't care that last year's jeans don't fit – my curves make me feel strong'

Instagram followers, often shares fitness and body positive advice. For her – she experienced it when she's been trying to bulk up, and she said it's normal to gain weight when you're trying to build muscle.Even though it can seem a bit daunting at first, she said it's more important to accept the fact that old clothes sometimes simply "no longer serve your body."She said clothing sizes shouldn't define people or their standard of happiness.Writing on Instagram, Molly said: "My jeans from last year don’t fit me."So these old jeans were too big for me last year, I remember buying them thinking 'oh well I’ll keep them for my bulk – and now they won’t go up properly'."Sometimes it can be hard to outgrow clothes when ‘they literally fit earlier this year’, but in the same way that you can’t expect to gain muscle and weight the same, you can’t grow the mass of an area and expect your clothes to fit the same."Whilst I see this as a symbol of my muscle growth and strength progression it used to be that when I out grew clothes I used to stuff myself into them uncomfortably, and cry putting them on rather than throwing them out and accepting that they no longer served my body."Now sizing doesn’t determine my happiness or my view of ME."Embrace change.
