Emergency services are battling a huge wildfire on the Moors in East Lancashire. At least eight fire engine crews are in attendance to battle the blaze near Windlop Reservoir.
Authorities have said the fire broke out at 12.25pm - and have posted photos from the scene showing them still battling the flames six hours later as the fire continues to rage.
Multiple photos and videos of the fire have been posted by shocked onlookers on social media. West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service's online incident log states: "Moorland fire has now been increased to make pumps eight plus several specialist wildfire appliances and crews.
