And they’re good: Carvela’s Snail boots (I admit the name is unfortunate) are satisfyingly clompy but still cut slim to the foot, light enough to keep your feet from dragging – and just the style I’ve been searching for to stave off any need to slip back into my high heels.I say ‘need’ loosely, but bear with me.
I realised that so many of my ‘work’ clothes only seem to work with heels, which I’m not into at the moment (forget comfort – they just look too try-hard).
