A young homeless woman has spoken about how residents in her local community helped her to turn her life around after their incredible acts of kindness.
Caitlin Platts has spent most of the last two or three years moving around hostels or living on the streets. The 21-year-old, who grew up in foster care, said she went 'off the rails' after turning 18 and began using drugs - mainly cocaine as well as amphetamines and ketamine, which left her 'financially ruined'.
