Kyle Crossman, who was 17 at the time, strolled through the unlocked back door of a four-bedroom home on Forton Avenue, Breightmet, Bolton, on January 28 2020.

Crossman, now 19, of Blenheim Road, Breightmet, helped himself to a Huawei tablet, Samsung mobile phone and keys to a Vauxhall Insignia car, prosecution barrister Robert Hall told Bolton Crown Court.
