Harry Styles Does a 'Shoey,' Drinks Beer Out of Shoe in Australian Concert Tradition

The 29-year-old “As It Was” singer hit the stage in Perth, Australia on Monday night (February 20), where he took a shot from his shoe – also known as a “shoey.” The tour stop was part of his Australia and New Zealand run of the Love On Tour concert series, which was postponed amid the pandemic.

He then joked that he “will be discussing this with my therapist at length…I feel like a different person. I feel ashamed of myself. “It feels so personal.
