Harry Maguire has apologised to Manchester United fans after Sunday's 5-0 defeat against Liverpool. Maguire received criticism for his performance in United's 4-2 defeat against Leicester last weekend and there were once again question marks surrounding his defending and positional awareness against Liverpool at Old Trafford.
That was exacerbated by a seemingly non-existent link with midfield with United looking devoid of any cohesion. After the defeat, Maguire immediately apologised to United's fans with his opening remarks in his interview.
