Hairdressers have been told to quit the 'small talk' when they reopen their doors in Scotland. Questions about holidays and weekend plans are to be discouraged during hair washing and trimming to stop the spread of coronavirus.
The National Hair and Beauty Federation (NHBF) has advised beauty experts to observe a 'silence rule' to protect both staff and customers when they are to reopen, The Mirror reports.
While in Scotland there is no set date for when barbers and hairdressers could reopen, salons down south are preparing to make a comeback as soon as next month.
