The Prime Minister on Tuesday announced a string of businesses that can reopen on July 4 as part of the third and final phase in easing the coronavirus lockdown.Of these venues in England, hairdressers and barbers made the cut, but to much confusion, beauty establishments didn’t."Today we can say that our long national hibernation is beginning to come to an end and life is returning to our streets and our shops,” Boris Johnson said, “The bustle is starting to come back and a new but cautious optimism is palpable.”He added: “Almost as eagerly awaited as a pint will be a haircut, particularly by me, and so we will reopen hairdressers with appropriate precautions, including the use of visors.”The trigger date of July 4 was revealed weeks ago.
