GRAND Designs star Kevin McCloud has made £3 million in just ONE year after clever property investments and TV jobs, The Sun can reveal.
The new series of the Channel 4 show launched earlier this month, and bricks and mortar have proven to be a big earner for the 61-year-old host.
New accounts for the star's company MCC3 LTD reveal that the business had a bottom line of £845,903 in 2019. However, it also handed over a staggering £607,269 to HMRC in Corporation Tax, which means that Kevin's taxable earnings were around five times that much - bringing his pre-tax total to £3,036,345.
