Gogglebox fans couldn't hold back their praise for Channel 4 favourite Mica Ven following her criticism of the Homes for Ukraine scheme.

It comes after the government launched it's Home for Ukraine website which allows people who want to host a refugee to sign up, with 100,000 people putting their name forward on the first day.Housing and Communities Secretary Michael Gove said each household housing a refugee will be offered £350 a month, tax free, under the scheme.Gogglebox often shows families watching lighthearted and comedic shows, but on Friday (March 18), the families tuned into a BBC News segment.With the scheme being the focus of the segment, Mica was quick to share her thoughts as she discussed them with her partner Marcus Luther.She said: "Not being funny, this isn't the first refugee situation, you know what I mean?
