Taking to Instagram this weekend, Ryan shared a snap of himself in a pool of water alongside pals. He posted an honest caption alongside the snap, as fans rushed to have their say in the aftermath of him publishing it.
Ryan shared: "Another cold one for the team for anyone thinking about giving the cold dips a go or if your suffering with depression/anxiety or just want an immune system boost, I couldn’t recommend it more.
