Union chiefs confirmed staff had lost their jobs during the coronavirus crisis.But bosses at Lynnet Leisure have confirmed the iconic restaurant is currently under refurbishment and will open again next year.They stressed that the restaurant is not up for sale and that diners will be able to come back to a newly refurbished premises.Lynn Mortimer, MD of Lynnet Leisure said “Like a number of restaurant groups we are currently going through a period of restructuring as a result of the devastating impact Covid 19 has had on business."Following completion of that programme it out our intent that Rogano, following a refurbishment, will open again at some point in 2021.
