The future of a ‘much-loved’ community farm remains uncertain after local councillors refused to back revised plans for the site.
The Garden House, in Marple, has been at the centre of a long-running planning wrangle since Stockport council rejected plans for the site back in 2018.
Since then the Lakes Road attraction has continued to operate without permission - but has been hailed as a ‘hidden gem’ by families and attained charity status.
