A major project hoping to restore a historic Grade II-listed library in Oldham has begun. The Old Library building on Union Street was closed in 2017, after over 130 years of public use as a public library.
Now Oldham council is working with Tilbury Douglas to bring the much-loved building back into use - although its future has not yet been decided.
