Entire school in mourning after death of 'true role model' girl who fought rare cancer

Sadly, she passed away on Saturday.Head teacher of Murray Park Community School, Nicola Caley said: “Holly was a studious, conscientious and popular pupil who was enormously proud to be Deputy Head Girl.“She would always put others first and was a credit to Murray Park; a true role model.

One teacher described her as ‘a shining star, a lovely, intelligent, polite young lady’.“Holly had been diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma in September and had been off school since then.
