Eddie Hearn to deny that the fighter has sustained an injury ahead of his highly anticipated bout with Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez.Saunders is due to take on the reigning WBA and WBC middleweight titleholder on May 8 in the biggest boxing match of his career to date.On Friday, Saunders tweeted "Ruptured my scrotum" and it appears some members of the media took his tweet seriously.A few hours later Hearn revealed he had been getting asked whether Saunders was actually injured, tweeting: "FFS getting calls from media asking if @bjsaunders_ has really torn his scrotum".Saunders' bout with Canelo was officially announced after the Mexican fighter beat Avni Yildirim last month and the fight will unify the middleweight division, with Saunders currently.
