Disney fans are in for yet another treat as Robin Hood is the latest classic to get a live action remake. The 1973 animated film is getting a revamp over on their new streaming service Disney+ after the huge success of The Lion King and Jungle Book.
The newest version of the movie is set to keep its animal theme and have the characters stay true to the original film. It will use a mixture of computer graphics and real life actors to bring the classic to life on our screens.
According to reports by Variety, Carlos Lopez Estrada, a Mexican-American filmmaker is set to be director on the film while Kari Granlund is on writing duties, after writing the script for 2019’s Lady and the Tramp remake.
