CBS has made the decision to move production of season two of Love Island from Fiji to Las Vegas. Vulture reports that the popular reality show has already begun pre-production for the new season which will air starting at the end of summer at The Cromwell in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The new season’s contestants are also going to be quarantined prior to shooting, and that social distancing protocols will be apply due to the pandemic.
Details are vague on the social distancing rules, as the show does focus on the contestants hooking up fairly early. If you don’t know, Love Island brings a group of sexy singles looking for love to an exotic location and has them pair off to avoid elimination, with a cash prize awaiting the winning couple.
