Covid charity champions to take a bow as Ayrshire communities come back together

South Ayrshire (VASA).They will also open doors to a wide range of volunteering opportunities for the public.Pauline Greenshields, Volunteer Support Worker at VASA, is urging people to attend and show their support for their charity champs.She said: “We’re so glad to be able to give people the chance to meet and chat to some of the organisations and groups who have been doing such amazing work through a very tough time.“They have been there to help so many people through Covid and now many of them need our help as they look for new volunteers to keep their vital services going."And there’s so many benefits to being a volunteer too."After long months of being stuck indoors, it can be a great way of getting back out there, making new friends.
