Couple lash out at cops after being told they couldn't embark train

police officers, one of which was being a female, has walked free from court. 47-year-old Stephen Davison launched the aggressive assault on the two British Transport Police (BTP) officers on a busy bank holiday weekend, after he was refused travel on a train for being too intoxicated.

He was with his partner, 54-year-old Anna Davison, who also became involved in the scuffle at Liverpool Central Station. The court heard how on the evening of May 30, BTP officers were called to the incident at the train station to assist staff after Mr Davison reacted with aggression when he was told he was too drunk to travel, reports Liverpool Echo.When officers arrived, they were met with hostility from the pair, who they then proceeded to escort out of.
