Coronation Street star Kate Spencer has recalled her awkward first time meeting co-star Sally Dynevor, who plays Weatherfield icon Sally Webster.

The actress, who plays Grace Vickers, ex-girlfriend of Michael Bailey (Ryan Russell), has been on the soap since November 2019, however her storyline is set to get extra juicy in the coming weeks.And while Kate's life on-screen is getting awkward, when Michael proposes to Grace, it seems she's used to some awkward moments in real life too.Speaking to Daily Star Online, Kate told us: "In 2011, I was studying in Chicago and I saw Sally, who plays Sally."Because my mum is such a massive fan, I did that awkward thing where I went up, 'Please can I get your autograph for my mum?'"Bearing in mind my mum.
