Two unsuspecting police officers who parked their patrol car over two bollards were caught unawares when they automatically raised - leaving their vehicle stranded.

Video footage shows the white Peugeot 308 hoisted into the air in Leeds city centre, with passersby finding the incident amusing.

Street salesman Saul Webster, 23, captured the moment on Friday, October 8 after hearing a 'loud bang' and a commotion near Kirkgate market.
