Celtic have reportedly been left unhappy with Liam Scales' lack of involvement on international duty with Republic of Ireland.
Scales completed a dream move to Celtic in August from Shamrock Rovers and replaced Swansea City defender Ryan Manning in Ireland manager Stephen Kenny's squad for a World Cup qualifier away to Azerbaijan.
Despite travelling thousands of miles to and from the match in Baku at short notice, Scales did not even make the bench as Ireland won 3-0.
The Celtic star has never been capped at senior level by Ireland but has been called upon six times with the U21 squad. Minutes weren't offered in Ireland's 4-0 friendly win over 2022 World Cup hosts Qatar and Celtic are far from pleased.
