Chelsea goalkeeper Carlo Cudicini has revealed he has never watched back the incident against Reading that gave him the "fright of my life" after being knocked unconscious.The Italian was rushed to hospital in an ambulance after sustaining a horrific head injury in a collision in the Premier League fixture back in 2006.Chelsea were forced into an early change when first-choice stopper Petr Cech suffered a life-changing injury just 20 seconds into the match.The Czech goalkeeper was caught on the head as he dived for the ball at Stephen Hunt's feet to save the ball and was caught by the Irishman's knee.But then disaster struck again when his replacement Cudicini was stretchered off in a neck brace after being left unconscious in an aerial.
